1. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing, browsing or otherwise using our website (the "Site"), downloading the Skydream Casino mobile application ("App") or placing a bet with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement").

2. Eligibility: The Site and App are intended for use only by individuals who have attained the age of majority in their jurisdiction (at least 18 years old) and who comply with all applicable laws.

6. Betting Rules: Our standard betting rules shall apply, including but not limited to limits on stakes, payouts and wagers; validity periods for bets; and payment terms for wins or losses.

8. Withdrawal Requests: Withdrawals from your Player Account must be requested through your account settings, provided such requests comply with all applicable laws and these Terms & Conditions.

9. Player Conduct: You shall not engage in any gaming activity while affected by drugs or alcohol nor gamble as part of a job for another person.

10. Intellectual Property Rights: The Site, App, graphics, text and underlying software are proprietary to us and protected under copyright and trademark law.

11. Limited Warranty: We provide the services "as is" and without representation or warranty that they will operate uninterrupted or error-free, but do not exclude our liability for gross negligence or intentional acts.

12. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law by a court having jurisdiction over us (if necessary) rather than through arbitration.

13. Termination of Agreement: We may terminate this Agreement, or your use of the Site and App at any time without prior notice for our convenience or due to reasons we believe constitute misuse of services offered hereunder, but are not limited in any way by this clause.

14. Jurisdictional Law: Your relationship with us shall be governed exclusively by laws applicable where you reside (the "Laws").

15. Governing Language: English is the governing language for these Terms & Conditions and interpretation of its provisions.
